what’s the best Voip software out there? I need a voip software that use minimum bandwith?

Can you answer dav1d_gear’s question about VoIP?:

because my internet is limited to only 1 giga byte/month that’s why i need a voip with a minimum bandwith usage. can someone recommend me a good voip software?

    VoIP Feedback: I use Skype. Cheap to make calls. If you don’t need a telephone number it is less than $20 a year.
    As far as bandwidth, I would imagine they all use the same.
    I only load Skype when I want to make a long distance call.

    VoIP Feedback: Use Skype.. with 1 giga byte you can talk during a month (all the 680 hours). Just one thing.. don’t use video. You can also try VOIP.. but i’m not sure if it’s better.
